Stop contamination is a social campaign for AIC (celiac’s italian association) during EXPO 2015.  The goal of this project is to educate celiac’s parents and friends about the prevention of contamination of food with gluten in 3 specific and important areas: cooking, inside pantry and at supermarket. Together with Francesca Molteni and Mattia Fendoni we developed a system composed by: an unconventional social campaign, a website, two mobile applications, and some video tips. After a long research process we found out that celiac people are often affected by anxiety because some food can be contaminated by gluten when someone else is cooking for them. Than we looked for the most common areas where contamination happens. Personally i developed the unconventional social campaign based on a series of interactive posters.  People are invited to find “contamination” inside the posters through the augmented reality app, then they are linked to the Stopcontamination website. Glufinder app and the whole campaign are a metaphor of our entire project: as Glufinder gives you the possibility to find contamination, Stopcontamination project gives you the knowledge to find and prevent contamination.  I also developed video tips part which have been chosen by AIC to be realized and showed during the Celiac’s week during Expo 2015. Check out the project here.
